Extra Cheese Bistro serves delicious cheesy pizzas accompanied by a selection of scrumptious drinks. Come in for a pick me up with your friends and family or treat yourself to some of our mouthwatering finger food.

Situation

As the company started new, the band were not having a proper brand strategy or proper brand identity, Lack of creativity, and lack of engagement.

Their sale was 4k/day including in-store and delivery.

Task

To Develop a complete brand strategy for the brand and develop the brand identity in the minds of the audience. With the notion of developing branding, our target was also doing marketing and improving their business by x amount every month. 

Action

The Following actions we took to develop their brand 

  • Created a consistent brand message of “Everything Extra” as the brand’s main USP is everything extra.
  • Create a consistent voice flow on “Extra Cheese” as it’s a focal point with the brand name.
  • Curating video reels for the brand as the audience consumes more content related to videos.
  • Running video ads as Traffic and Conversion.
  • Creative posts for engagement purposes

– We Developed their menu making it easier to read than the old menu and making it more attractive.

– After branding, we enforced doing marketing. First, we developed a combo product of 149 which Includes a Pizza, garlic bread, and a Pepsi. So we made a usp product that is the combo and we made it a high-selling product which helped in sales volume.

– We developed a membership card where regular users can avail and have a discount on every order

– We ran a campaign for a free burger over order value 899

Results

– They got a clear brand strategy of what to do and what not to do  

– Customers started Understanding the brand, relating to the brand 

– Combo Product became the most selling product for them whether it is dine-in or delivery. 

– Membership Card helped retain regular users where footfall increased 2 times a week. 

– Sale Volume Increased from 4k/Day to 15k/Day

– Footfall Increased from 5 tables to 40 tables/per Day

– We Received 101 inquiries via ad only at a cost of Rupees 2 

  • Video ads CTR is an average of 12% whereas the industry rate is 2-5% 
  • The 3-second view increased by 24,866% 
  • Followers increased by 83 via video reels
  • The engagement rate increased by 755%
  • We have reached an audience of 524.3k increased by 70,654%
  • 66.4k audience engagement increased by 22,316% 
  • We increased sales from Rs 4000 to Rs 12,000 average sales per day
